There were many rotted window and door trim that needed to be repaired or replaced due to years of neglect. Cracks and bubbles in the stucco had to be addressed as well. We also removed a lot of tree branches and shrub over growth. These were chocking the house preventing airflow and aeration to take place allowing the structure to dry up and prevent mildew and wood rot.
