Complete exterior preparation and paint job. Due to the age of the house and poor paint job and workmanship from before and the age, we performed the following work. Repaired stucco delamination thought and all settelment cracks, replaced wood rots around windows, repaired board and bat siding, replaced corroded gutters, replaced chimeny cap, replaced roof boots around vents, repaired and stained fence in the back, repaired settlement on the front porch and stained, and stripped old brick paint and repainted.
