WHO WE ARE
Established in 2001, AYA Homes specializes in custom home building, and are focused on providing the highest level of customer service throughout the entire planning and construction process. With 18 years experience in building custom homes in the Atlanta metro area and then in Cheyenne, Wyoming, owner Shawn Ajdari has recently relocated with his wife to the Bay Area to help you build the home of your dreams, and to be closer to his daughters, who both work in high tech. He holds a degree in engineering as well as an MBA degree.
With a love for designing, creating and building, Shawn is driven to succeed in this industry because of his clients’ satisfaction and joy upon completion of their dream homes. Shawn is a strong believer that customer service and satisfaction are the key to a successful business, and his commitment to his clients is to build them a home as if he were building the home for himself.
In addition to construction, AYA Homes offers project development, due diligence for asset acquisition, construction management and administration for residential projects. We manage all aspects of construction and negotiated agreements with contractors, architects, engineers and suppliers for the project.
The most important question we ask our clients is: How would you like your contractor to be, perform, and most importantly, "WOW" you?
