Mediterranean Inspired, Contemporary Home Build | Home Theatre & Pool

This Mediterranean house is not a traditional house. Constructed with Hard-coat stucco exterior and a tile roof. A court yard design with pool and hot tub within mere steps of the keeping room and the master bedroom. Open floor-plan which allows for breezes to flow freely through the house and verandas. There are large windows throughout. A Veranda can be found on the second floor over looking the pool. Spacious reception areas include a living room with a fireplace, dining room, and keeping room. Five large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and upstairs Media room/ home theatre.

Exterior Painting & Trim/Siding Repair

There were many rotted  window and door trim that needed  to be repaired or replaced due to years of neglect. Cracks and bubbles in the stucco had to be addressed as well. We also removed  a lot of tree branches and shrub over growth. These were chocking the house preventing airflow and aeration to take place allowing the structure to dry up and prevent mildew and wood rot.

Complete exterior preparation and paint job. The owners had hired Bob Buckter color consultant with https://drcolor.com to design the exterior color. Bob’s  multicolor and intricate color design can be fround throughout San Francisco victorian homes.

Complete exterior preparation and paint job. Due to the age of the house and poor paint job and workmanship from before and the age, we performed the following work. Repaired stucco delamination thought and all settelment cracks, replaced  wood rots around windows, repaired siding, replaced flat roof, and replaced broken window pans.
